According to The Decision of People's Government of Guangdong Province on Delegating a Number of Provincial Administrative Functions and Powers to Guangzhou and Shenzhen (No. 241 Order of People's Government of Guangdong Province), since the date of the issuance of the document, Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province (hereinafter referred to as “the Department”) will delegate the matter of record of proprietor of used car markets in Guangzhou and Shenzhen to Guangzhou Municipal Commission of Commerce, Economy, Trade and Information Commission of Shenzhen Municipality respectively.
Please include the undertaking provincial items into your power and responsibility list without delay, actively cooperate with relevant divisions and offices of the Department to implement the follow-up affairs of the adjusted items, complete matters of record in accordance with laws and regulations, assume relevant legal and regulatory responsibilities, and deliver the copies of recorded documents to the Department.
