Mr. Cao Dahua, born in May 1974, holds a PhD in business administration.
Mr. Cao worked successively as Board Director and Vice General Manager of Xinguang International Group (Macau) Co., Ltd., General Manager of Xinguang International Group (HK & MAC) Engineering Construction Co., Ltd., Board Director and General Manager of Southern Construction Properties Co., Ltd., Chairman and Secretary of CPC Committee of Guangdong Nanyue Group Co., Ltd. In July 2016, he was appointed Member of CPC Leadership Group of Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province and Director of China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone Office, taking charge of General Information Division, Policies and Regulations Division, Coordination and Guidance Division of China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone Office.
