Mr. Ma Xingyu, born in November 1961, holds postgraduate certificate in Science.
Mr. Ma worked successively as Deputy Director of Third Division of Research Office of People’s Government of Guangdong Province; Deputy Director of Comprehensive Affairs Division, Consultant and Director of Industrial Policy Division of Economic and Trade Commission of Guangdong Province; Director of Industrial Policy Division, Director of Division of Resource Conservation and Environmental Climate, Director of Planning Division of Development and Reform Commission of Guangdong Province. In July 2015, he was appointed Deputy Director of China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone Office, assisting Director in taking charge of General Information Division and Policies and Regulations Division.
