Mr. Chen Yuehua,born in October 1963, holds a master degree in arts.
Mr. Chen worked successively as Director of America Affairs Division of China (Guangdong) Merchants Group; Deputy Director and Director of Foreign Investment Promotion Division, Member of CPC Leadership Group and Deputy Director-General of Department of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of Guangdong Province. In December 2013, he was appointed Member of CPC Leadership Group and Deputy Director-General of Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province, taking charge of Foreign Economic Cooperation Division, Foreign Investment Promotion Division and Overseas Economic and Trade Office as well as contacting Guangdong Board of Investment Promotion (Guangdong Complaints for Foreign Investment).
