Mr. Li worked successively as Deputy Director of Policy Research Office of Municipal Party Committee of Qingyuan; Assistant Consultant of Policy Research Office, Deputy Director and Consultant of Division of Politics and Party Construction Research of CPC Committee of Guangdong Province; Deputy Director of Division of Coordinated Development Research; Deputy Secretary of CPC Committee of Guangdong Province; Director of Information Division; Director of Division of Coordinated Development Research; Associate Counsel-Director of Policy Research Office of Guangdong Province; Member of CPC Leadership Group of Industrial and Commercial Bureau of Guangdong Province; Head of the CPC Discipline Inspection Group and Ombudsman stationed in Industrial and Commercial Bureau of Guangdong Province by Commission of Discipline Inspection of Guangdong Province and Department of Supervision of Guangdong Province. In October 2016, he was appointed Member of CPC Leadership Group and Head of the CPC Discipline Inspection Group stationed in Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province by Commission of Discipline Inspection of Guangdong Province.
