Mr. Ma Hua, born in February 1964, holds a bachelor degree of economics.
Mr. Ma worked successively as Deputy Director of Import and Export Division of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Commission of Guangdong Province, Deputy Director and Director of Foreign Trade Development Division, Director of Foreign Economic Cooperation Division, Member of CPC Committee, and Deputy Director-General of Department of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of Guangdong Province. In December 2013, he was appointed Member of CPC Leadership Group and Deputy Director-General of Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province, taking charge of Policies and Regulations Division, Foreign Trade Division and Commercial Relations Division as well as contacting the offices of Guangdong Province stationed in Shenyang, Wuhan, Chengdu, Kunming, and Xi 'an.
