Introduction: In Yangjiang, there are a large number of goods to be transported through Guangzhou Port, Zhanjiang Port and other remote ports. Yangjiang Port is a first-class external opening port in China, located in Hailing Bay, 25 kilometers away from Yangjiang City in the southwest direction. In terms of the waterway, it is 174 nautical miles east  to Shenzhen, 180 nautical miles to Hong Kong, and 220 nautical miles to Guangzhou in the north, 110 nautical miles to Zhanjiang and 160 nautical miles to Haikou in the west. It is close to the South China Sea, the coastline is about 9.9 km long. It has deep natural channels and wind sheltered condition, making it free from silting-up. It is about to build 50 wharf berths, being an important marine outfall in southwest China. Yangjiang High-tech Development Zone plans to introduce container terminal construction project, promote the development, construction, management and operation of the port and supporting facilities, so as to meet the demands of logistics transportation in Yangjiang and its surrounding areas.
