Materials of the Project

Introduction: High-tech and Innovation Park of Daya Bay District lies to the north of Shihua Avenue, west of Huizhou-Shenzhen Coastal Highway, and is the junction of Central District and Western District of Daya Bay. The planning area of the Park is 500000 square meters, with a total investment of about 1.5 billion yuan. It plans to become a comprehensive science and technology innovation park that combines science technology research and development, project incubation, skill training, product exhibition, talent exchange, conference center, and commercial facilities. The landmark of the Park-Chuangxin Building integrates such functions as administrative center, corporate headquarters, business center, conference and exhibition center, technical training and management, and commercial facilities. The construction area is 68000 square meters with 23 floors. It was completed at the end of 2012 and put into use at the end of 2013. At present, there are Marketing Headquarters Project of America Praxair Co., Ltd. and IBM Smart City Project of South China (Daya Bay). The park mainly introduces headquarters economy, R&D center, test center or marketing center.
