About the Project

Introduction: The project is located in Baishi Mountain of Tangping Town, Yangdong District. Baishi Mountain has abundant deposits of silicon ore. The People’s Government of Yangjiang invested a lot of money to conduct preliminary exploration of the mine in 2006, and preliminarily identificated the total reserves of more than 50 million tons. It is a high-grade silicon mine with good quality; the silica rate is 93.8%. The geological survey was completed. The mineral composition is simple and useful minerals are mainly silica and quartz. The type of ore deposit is quartz sandstone type. The ore body is co-existed with the Baishi Ling, which is 2,500 meters long, 200 meters wide and 150 to 200 meters deep. Most of the silica ore is exposed on the surface, so it is easy to conduct mining work. Quartzite mining project mainly focuses on dissection mining. After going into production, the project can be mined for 20-30 years. It is relatively easy to start the project, and the mass production can be carried out immediately.
