Statistics of Outward Investment and Economic Cooperation of Guangdong Province (Jan.-Sept. 2017)

　　In the first nine months of 2017, the incremental Chinese contractual outward investment of $9.04 billion was approved by Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province, down 62.9% on a year-on-year basis; the actual outward investment reached $6.75 billion, down 60.7% year on year. A completed turnover of foreign contracted projects reached $11.71 billion. The accumulative number of laborers under foreign labor service and foreign contracted projects was 34, 431, and the number of overseas laborers of all kinds at the end of the statistical period was 86, 863.
